Ugonna is a motivated, mature and strong group leader, who has excellent attendance and is willing to contribute creative ideas and take on board feedback in order to improve. He is competent in in his shooting and editing skills, and has a good understanding of film production processes, this is evident because he has achieved a merit grade on his pre production report for his one-minute short film. He is also organized this is proven as he has met all of his deadlines for task submissions.

Ugonna is a confident individual when it comes to presenting. This is evident because he achieved a merit grade for his short film pitch presentation. He is also able to generate ideas. This is evident as he was able to express his ideas in his short film proposal where he had to come up with his own short film concept. He achieved a merit grade for his proposal this is proof he is able to generate ideas.

He has also shown leadership qualities. This is evident as he was named director for his group. For a short film project. in this role he would be responsible for guiding other members of the group to ensure his vision was being carried out in the making of the short film.

Ugonna has also shown he is able to gain permissions in order to make sure he is able to move forward in his project. For example for his short film he was after doing a location recee , he phoned the company and asked if it was okay to shoot on the premises. The provided him with a grant to ensure they were able to shoot at that location.
